Tates Remedies relaunches diabetes medicine Ojamin

Appoints Marathi stage and television actor Dr. Girish Oak as its brand ambassador

Tates Remedies, manufacturers of Ayurvedic diabetes medicine Ojamin, has relaunched the product in India and has assigned Marathi stage and television actor Dr. Girish Oak as its brand ambassador.
Prasad Tate, Managing Director, Tates Remedies said in a media conference that Ojamin has been proven as a remedy to control Type 2 diabetes. He said the product has been certified as a diabetes medicine in the U.K. and has also been approved by Indian healthcare regulators.
The company makes the product in its factory at Jejuri near Pune and has chalked out a Rs 25 crore plan to take it across India. Among the priorities, before the company is the effort to detect counterfeit products passing as Ojamin, Mr Tate said.
Announcing the appointment of Dr Girish Oak ( an Ayurvedic doctor himself) as brand ambassador for Ojamin, Mr Tate said, “We as a brand are delighted to have Dr. Girish Oak on board. He shares the same enthusiasm and love for Ayurveda as we at Tates Remedies do! We strongly believe that this association will be an important milestone in our journey, and we are super elated to have him on board.”
Dr. Girish Oak said, “Ojamin is a brand I have been consuming for a while now and have been witnessing excellent results. I am very excited to come on board as the brand ambassador or the ‘good health’ ambassador.”
